New League Policy For Winter Season: The Winter 2008 season will begin
in Mid-November. There is a new policy concerning the Phantoms and player's
league fees. Fees for those players paying on opening night will be $100.
Fees for the players paying after opening night will be $135. Once the entire
team has payed Cedar Rock in full, those players who payed in full on opening
night will receive a $10 refund. Those players that did not pay on opening night
will not receive a refund. All money must be turned in prior to the Third game.
